Autumn is settling over the studio, and with it comes that magical, quiet energy that always inspires new ideas.

A Little Studio Secret…

For months now, I have been working behind the scenes on a technical evolution for my porcelain ball-jointed dolls.

I am not quite ready to pull back the curtain and reveal every detail just yet, but I can tell you that it involves an exciting new element paired alongside my traditional stringing! It’s a quiet mechanical magic that will bring an entirely new level of grace to how these delicate beings pose and come alive in your hands. I cannot wait to show you the full reveal very soon!

The Final Fairytale Awakens

While testing this new mystery element, my heart has also been completely devoted to sculpting a very special character. She is extra dear to me, as she will mark the final, crowning chapter in my current Fairytale Series.

She is a character born straight out of storybook wonder—a character who carries both mystery and tenderness in her gaze. From the curve of her porcelain joints to the softest details of her hand-painted features, she is being crafted to bring this entire chapter of my art to a magical close.
